Common use of Work Leadership Premium Pay Clause in Contracts

Work Leadership Premium Pay. (a) Administrative Component Work Leader(s) Any Employee who, in accordance with Letter Of Understanding No. 2, exercises any work leadership functions in respect of any Employee in the Administrative Component shall be classified as an Administrative Component Work Leader and while thus classified shall be paid by the Employer premium pay on a bi-weekly basis in an amount equal to nine-and-one-half percent (9 1/2%) of the base (bi- weekly) rate of pay, per Appendix “A”, of the highest paid subordinate within the Administrative Component who is subject to such work leadership by the incumbent.

(a) Administrative Component Work Leader(s) Any Employee employee who, in accordance with Letter Of Understanding No. 2, exercises any work leadership functions in respect of any Employee employee in the Administrative Component shall be classified as an Administrative Component Work Leader and while thus classified shall be paid by the Employer premium pay on a bi-weekly basis in an amount equal to nine-and-one-half eleven percent (9 1/211%) of the base (bi- bi-weekly) rate of pay, per Appendix “A”, of the highest paid subordinate within the Administrative Component who is subject to such work leadership by the incumbent.
