Work-Life Services Programs. §46.1 In recognition of the mutual benefits that will accrue to both the State and its employees, the State and UUP agree to provide Work-Life Services Programs set forth below to assist employees with bal- ancing work and family responsibilities. A Joint Labor-Management Advisory Board, which recognizes the need for combined representation of all employee negotiating units and the State, will monitor and evalu- ate the Work-Life Services Programs.
