Common use of Work Load Plans Clause in Contracts

Work Load Plans. (a) Prior to the end of the contract year, each employee will receive a work load plan summarizing the expected credits for teaching/primary duties, research/creative activities, and service that will comprise their work for the next academic year. Employee signature acknowledges receipt of the plan. (b) During the academic year, updated work load reports will be provided to the employees for the work that is occurring during that year. At minimum these reports will be provided to Unit A Teaching and Resource Faculty after the census date of the spring semester by the Division/Department Chair.
