Common use of Work on Day Off Clause in Contracts

Work on Day Off. All nurses with a PAR of .9 FTE or above who are called in on their scheduled day off shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half (1½) times the regular rate of pay for the hours worked. Except in cases of emergency, part-time nurses will not be required to work on a non-scheduled day.
