Incentive Shifts Sample Clauses

The Incentive Shifts clause defines how and when the incentives or rewards provided under an agreement may be adjusted based on certain performance metrics or milestones. Typically, this clause outlines specific conditions—such as exceeding sales targets, meeting project deadlines, or achieving quality benchmarks—that trigger an increase or decrease in compensation, bonuses, or other benefits. Its core practical function is to align the interests of the parties by motivating desired behaviors and outcomes, while also providing a clear framework for modifying incentives as circumstances change.
Incentive Shifts. To avoid using agency, the employer may post incentive shifts paying an additional $10.00 per hour. Incentive shifts will be posted in advance when possible. Regularly scheduled nurses will have priority over reserve nurses. Staff working at regular pay rate will have priority over overtime shifts. Nurse must work scheduled shifts during that pay period. The nurse must work beyond 48 hours in a pay period before receiving premium pay for incentive shifts.
Incentive Shifts. Employees working an eligible incentive shift as designated by the Employer will be eligible to receive incentive pay in addition to the employee’s overtime rate of pay as defined in Article 5.3.1, if applicable.
