Common use of Work on Project Nos Clause in Contracts

Work on Project Nos. 1 and 2 shall not be allowed from October 15 through May 15, unless otherwise approved in writing by STATE. Project No. 1. Construct roads between the following road points according to the specifications in Exhibit B: Point A to B Project No. 2. Improve landings at the following road points according to the specifications in Exhibits B and D: Point C Point D Project No. 3. Spread road rock according to the specifications in Exhibit C. Maintenance rock shall be spread at the completion of logging as directed by STATE.
