Work Performed on December 25 or January. 1 Notwithstanding anything else in this Agreement, if an employee is required by the Employer to work on December 25th or January 1st, they shall be compensated at the rate of two and one-half (2-1/2) times the employee's regular hourly rate, plus compensation for the statutory holiday.
