The City will grant one (1) floating holiday, on a one-time, non- precedent setting basis, effective July 1, 2022 to all eligible SEIU, Local 1021 SI1 (TPT) members. To be eligible, SI1 members must have worked at least seven hundred and fifty (750) hours in Fiscal Year 2021/22 by the end of the first pay period of June 2022. Additional Holiday(s) to the above shall be granted under this Agreement, if such Holiday is declared by action and approval of the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Rockaway and made applicable to all Borough employees by ordinance or by act or decree of the Mayor and Council.
