Work Rates (Column 12) (hourly. daily/mileage/shift basis) shall apply when equipment is under hire as ordered by the Government and on shift, including relocation of equipment under its own power. ON-SHIFT: Includes time worked, time that equipment is held or directed to be in a state of readiness, and compensable travel (equipment traveling under its own power) that has a specific start and ending time.
