WORK SLOWDOWN OR STOPPAGE. During the term of this Agreement, neither party shall order or permit any lockout, strike or other work stoppage or slowdown. Further, the Union will not aid, support or permit unauthorized strikes, slowdowns or work stoppages by its members.

  • WORK STOPPAGE There has not been, and there is not currently, any labour trouble which is having a Material Adverse Effect or could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.

  • NO WORK STOPPAGES 5. It is mutually agreed and understood that during the period this Agreement is in force and effect the Union will not authorize or engage in any strike, slowdown or work stoppage. It shall not be a violation of this Agreement for an employee to honor a primary picket line sanctioned by the Central Labor Council or the Building and Construction Trades Council; provided however, that an employee shall first notify an appropriate supervisor of the employee's intended actions.   • WORK STOPPAGES It shall be a violation of this Agreement for the Union to engage in a strike or work stoppage against the State of Maryland. The Union shall forfeit its status as the exclusive representative of employees in this bargaining unit if the Union engages in a strike or work stoppage against the State of Maryland.

  • Labour The Contractor shall, unless otherwise provided in the Contract, make his own arrangements for the engagement of all staff and labour, local or other, and for their payment, housing, feeding and transport. The Contractor shall, if required by the Engineer, deliver to the Engineer a return in detail, in such form and at such intervals as the Engineer may prescribe, showing the staff and the numbers of the several classes of labour from time to time employed by the Contractor on the Site and such other information as the Engineer may require.
