Common use of WORK THROUGH REGULAR LUNCH PERIOD Clause in Contracts

WORK THROUGH REGULAR LUNCH PERIOD. Where an employee is required to work through his regular established lunch period, such employee shall be paid the applicable overtime rate and be allowed reasonable time off to consume a meal with no loss of pay.

Where an employee is required to work through his regular established lunch period, and is not able to reschedule his lunch during his regular shift, such employee shall be paid the applicable overtime rate and be allowed reasonable time off to consume a meal with no loss of payrate.
