Work Week Adjustments. If a variance from this paragraph is required in order to accomplish the mission of the Institution, the Agency shall notify the Union of the reasons for the change prior to its effective date and the Union shall be afforded an opportunity to comment and offer alternative suggestions. If the Union feels the change is unreasonable, the matter may be processed as a grievance.
