Work While on Vacation. Should an employee, who has commenced her scheduled vacation, agree, upon the request of the Home, to return to perform work during the vacation period, the employee shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half (1½) times his basic straight time rate for all hours so worked. To replace the originally scheduled days on which such work was performed, the employee will receive one (1) vacation lieu day off for each day worked.

  • Sick Leave While on Vacation An employee who while on vacation is incapacitated for one (1) or more days due to personal illness or injury may charge such days to accrued sick leave.
