Work with THIRD PARTIES. If you authorize a new or additional party to consult with us with respect to a matter in which we are providing or have provided Services, we may charge Fees for the work required to assemble and transmit data and documents. We reserve the right to require payment prior to the Services being performed.
Work with THIRD PARTIES. Neither COMPANY nor CCF will, during the TERM, subcontract any portion of its responsibilities under this JDA or the WORK PLAN to any THIRD PARTY without the prior written consent of the other PARTY. Either PARTY is otherwise free to enter into other collaborative and/or service projects with THIRD PARTIES, provided that the confidentiality and invention rights provisions of Articles 4 and 5 hereof are not breached thereby and such arrangements do not otherwise conflict with the terms and conditions of this JDA. Each PARTY is responsible for the acts and omissions of its permitted subcontractors, including any breach of this JDA.
