WorkCover Make-up Pay. The circumstances under which an employee will qualify for accident pay will be as prescribed below: (a) The Employer will pay an employee accident pay where the employee receives an injury for which weekly payments of compensation are payable by or on behalf of the employer pursuant to the provisions of the Victorian Workers’ Compensation Act or the Victorian Occupational Health and Safety Act, as amended from time to time.‌
