Worker’s Compensation and Leave Pay. Any teacher who is absent because of an injury or disease compensable under the Michigan Workers’ compensation Law, shall receive from the Board the difference between the allowance under the Workers’ compensation Law and his regular salary for the duration of the illness not to exceed two (2) years with no subtraction for sick leave.
