WORKERS' COMPENSATION BENEFITS. The Committee agrees that the provisions of Chapter 152, Section 69, of the General Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, providing for benefits to employees or their dependents in the event of incapacity or death arising out of employment shall be accepted and applied to members.
