Common use of Workers’ Compensation Insurance Clause in Contracts

Workers’ Compensation Insurance. Consultant shall maintain Workers’ Compensation insurance to cover obligations imposed by federal and state statutes having jurisdiction over Consultant’s employees engaged in the performance of work or services under this Agreement and shall also maintain Employers Liability Insurance of not less than $500,000 for each accident, $500,000 disease for each employee and $1,000,000 disease policy limit.

Workers’ Compensation Insurance. If Consultant employs anyone who is required by law to be covered by workers’ compensation insurance, Consultant shall maintain Workers’ Compensation insurance to cover obligations imposed by federal and state statutes having jurisdiction over Consultant’s employees engaged in the performance of work or services under this Agreement and shall also maintain Employers Liability Insurance of not less than $500,000 for each accident, $500,000 disease for each employee and $1,000,000 disease policy limit.

The Consultant shall maintain Workers’ Compensation workers' compensation insurance to cover obligations imposed as required by federal the State Labor Code and state statutes having jurisdiction over Consultant’s employees engaged Employer's Liability Insurance with limits in the performance amount of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) per accident. The insurer shall agree to waive all rights of subrogation against the Agency and its employees for losses arising from work or services under this Agreement and shall also maintain Employers Liability Insurance of not less than $500,000 performed by Consultant for each accident, $500,000 disease for each employee and $1,000,000 disease policy limitthe Agency.
