WORKLOAD STANDARDS One (1) Direct Service Hour (DSH) will be equal to sixty (60) minutes of direct services.
Professional Skill It is mutually agreed by the parties that City is relying upon the professional skill of the consultant as a specialist in the work, and Consultant represents to the City that its work shall conform to the normal professional standards of the profession. Acceptance of the Consultant's work by the City does not operate as a release of Consultant's representations. It is intended that Consultant's work shall conform to normal standards of accuracy, completeness and coordination.
OMB Standards Unless specified otherwise within this agreement, the Subrecipient shall procure all materials, property, or services in accordance with the requirements of 24 CFR 84.40−48.
Apprenticeships and Skills 6.1 The Authority will review the Contractor’s Apprenticeships and Skills Report when submitted by the Contractor in accordance with the Schedule (Apprenticeships and Skills Requirements) and then annually thereafter.
Specialist knowledge and skills Indicative but not exclusive tasks include: the undertaking of semi-skilled work, including cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, washing and ironing, shopping, sweeping paths, minor maintenance jobs, preparation and cooking of meals, defrosting refrigerators, emptying and cleaning of commodes, banking and account payment, organising appointments, assistance with care of pets, and care of indoor and outdoor pot plants.
Professional Standards The Contractor agrees to maintain the professional standards applicable to its profession and to Contractors doing business in the United States Virgin Islands.
ETHICAL STANDARDS a. Distributor and each of its sub-distributors will comply with the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and without derogating from the generality of the foregoing, will not have its directors, officers or employees, directly or indirectly, offer, promise or pay any bribes or other improper payments for the purposes of promoting and/or selling Products to any individual, corporation, government official or agency or other entity. No gift, benefit or contribution in any way related to MEC or the promotion and/or sale of Products will be made to political or public officials or candidates for public office or to political organizations, regardless of whether such contributions are permitted by local laws.
Technical Standards The Generation System shall be installed and operated by the Interconnection Customer consistent with the requirements of this Agreement; the Technical Requirements; the applicable requirements located in the National Electrical Code (NEC); the applicable standards published by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE); and local building and other applicable ordinances in effect at the time of the installation of the Generation System.
Service Standards We provide the Services materially in accordance with the features and functionalities set out in the Specification Documents. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to make the Services available to you subject to operational requirements including maintenance and security.
Service Level Standards In addition to all other requirements in this Agreement, and in accordance with the Best Claims Practices & Estimating Guidelines, Vendor shall use reasonable and good faith efforts to meet the Service Level Standards set forth below.
