Common use of Working capacity measures Clause in Contracts

Working capacity measures. Measures to maintain working capacity taken at the workplace shall be implemented jointly by the employer, the employees and the occupational health service. The principles of action to maintain working capacity shall be included in the action programmes for labour protection or occupational health care. Where so agreed, the foregoing principles may also be included in plans for development activities and corresponding measures prepared at the workplace. It shall be the duty of the head of labour protection and the labour protection delegate to participate in preparing, implementing and monitoring such plans.
