Working Conditions and Safety. A. The Board agrees to make all reasonable provisions for the safety and health of its employees during the hours of their employment. The Union agrees to attempt to instill in each employee by all reasonable means the realization of her/his responsibility to herself/himself, fellow employees and the Board in the prevention of accidents and exposure control. Failure on the part of the employee to comply with safety rules and regulations may be cause for discipline.
