Common use of Working for Community School Clause in Contracts

Working for Community School. Organizations‌ Members of the bargaining unit who work as custodians for organizations renting or leasing school facilities, shall be paid at the employee's time and a half rate of pay at the time service is performed. Custodians in the community schools who have to set-up, clean-up, and/or attend to a function at the school center shall be entitled to additional hours to complete their regular assigned duties, if necessary.
