Common use of Working on 6th or 7th day Clause in Contracts

Working on 6th or 7th day. (a) All Sales Personnel, except Sales Representatives, after working five (5) days, and assigned to work in any of the sales classifications, on a sixth or seventh day in a work week shall receive time and one-half (1½) the applicable hourly rate for the classification. A Sales Representative after working five (5) days, and required to work on a sixth or seventh day in a work week shall receive their daily rate for that day(s).
