Common use of Working over Clause in Contracts

Working over. 29 An employee who works over less than eight (8) minutes shall 30 not be compensated. An employee who works eight (8) to fifteen (15) minutes over 1 shall be compensated one quarter (1/4) of an hour at the appropriate rate of pay in 2 accordance with Article 15: Wages.
