WORKING RULES AND REGULATIONS. It shall be the responsibility of each employee to adhere to the Town's Working Rules and Regulations and Safety Rules which shall be made known to the employees. Failure on the part of an employee to conduct his work in accordance with these rules, or to work safely as prescribed by Management, may result in disciplinary action.
