Workload for Regular Non-Instructional Faculty. 10.2.2.1 The workload of a regular non-instructional faculty member shall be an average of 35 hours per week. The exact hours of work may vary seasonally to allow for peak periods. Particular responsibilities, duties and workload arrangements shall be determined by the Chair or Director or Regional Campus Principal or Xxxx, as appropriate, in consultation with the faculty member. This decision may be appealed to the next appropriate level of administration. Non-instructional faculty members shall be informed, when they receive their workload allocation of the name of the administrator to whom such appeal may be made.
10.2.2.2 Chairs of non-instructional faculty shall be selected in accordance with the procedure in Article 10.11.2.1.
