Works Change. Either Party may request a change to the Works in accordance with the Change Protocol and in the case of a change to the Works required as a result of a Change in Law only the provisions of clause 52 (Change in Law) shall apply.

Status Change Upon the termination of the Optionee’s Employment, this Option shall continue or terminate, as and to the extent provided in the Plan and this Agreement.
TECHNOLOGICAL CHANGE During the term of this Agreement any disputes arising in relation to adjustment to technological change shall be discussed between the Bargaining Representatives of the two parties to this Collective Agreement.
Service Changes PBI may modify its Service by giving written notice to you (a “Service Change Notice”), which will state whether the change is material. Staffing Changes The Director’s prior written approval is required for the Consultant to remove, replace or add to any of its staffing identified in Attachment B of an Approved Service Order.
Major Change (2) For a major change referred to in paragraph (1)(a):
Shift Change Where employees are assigned mid-week to work a non-day shift (whether due to emergencies or a shift change) and as a result lose a shift in the regular work week, such employees will be paid six (6) hours for such loss of earnings.
