Variation No variation of this Agreement shall be effective unless it is in writing and signed by the parties (or their authorised representatives).
No variation This Agreement cannot be amended or varied except in writing signed by the parties.
WAIVER AND VARIATION 13. No waiver or variation of this Parent Agreement shall be of any force unless such waiver or variation is agreed upon in writing and signed by an authorised representative of each of the Parties.
Revision Manager may revise the Operating Budget from time to time, as necessary, to reflect any unpredicted significant changes, variables or events or to include significant additional, unanticipated items of revenue and expense. Configuration The configuration for the Purchase Right Aircraft will be the Detail Specification for Model 767-3S2F aircraft at the revision level in effect at the time of the Supplemental Agreement. Such Detail Specification will be revised to include (i) changes required to obtain required regulatory certificates and (ii) other changes as mutually agreed upon by Boeing and Customer.
Custom Modifications In the event the Fund desires custom modifications in connection with its use of the System, the Fund shall make a written request to State Street providing specifications for the desired modification. Any custom modifications may be undertaken by State Street in its sole discretion in accordance with the Fee Schedule.
