Variations definition

Variations means the absolute value of the difference, in MWh, in any Settlement Interval between (a) DA Scheduled Energy; and (b) Delivered Energy for the Settlement Interval. [For Baseload Product only]
Variations means the variations set out in clauses 3 to 23 (inclusive) of this National Variation Deed.

Examples of Variations in a sentence

  • If an instruction constitutes a Variation, Clause 13 [Variations and Adjustments] shall apply.

  • Variations to scheduled meal times are acceptable when approved by the department supervisor.

  • The Engineer may, under Clause 13 [Variations and Adjustments], vary the location or details of specified tests, or instruct the Contractor to carry out additional tests.

  • Variations on this distribution shall be made with concern for the needs of the students, the department and the faculty member involved; all variations require the approval of the Department Chairperson and the Xxxx.

  • In this Sub-Clause, "nominated Subcontractor" means a Subcontractor whom the Engineer, under Clause 13 [Variations and Adjustments], instructs the Contractor to employ as a Subcontractor.
