Variations definition

Variations means the absolute value of the difference, in MWh, in any Settlement Interval between (a) DA Scheduled Energy; and (b) Delivered Energy for the Settlement Interval. [For Baseload Product only]
Variations means the variations set out in clauses 3 to 23 (inclusive) of this National Variation Deed.

Examples of Variations in a sentence

  • Oral orders of the Engineer for Variations, unless followed by written confirmation, shall not be taken into account.

  • Such Variations shall form part of the Contract and the Contractor shall carry them out and include them in updated Programmes produced by the Contractor.
