Workweek/Workday Schedules. A Unit Member may be assigned by the District to a standard or alternative workweek/workday schedule in accordance with the following provisions. In addition, CSEA and the District may, by mutual agreement, establish an alternative workweek/workday schedule for all Unit Members, or for specified classifications of Unit Members. The applicable dates and exceptions shall be specified at least sixty (60) calendar days prior to implementation, unless otherwise agreed by CSEA and the District.
