Worldspan GDS Clause Samples

The 'Worldspan GDS' clause defines the terms and conditions under which the Worldspan Global Distribution System (GDS) is used within the agreement. This clause typically outlines the responsibilities of the parties regarding access to, use of, and data exchange with the Worldspan GDS platform, which is commonly used by travel agencies and service providers to book flights, hotels, and other travel services. By specifying these terms, the clause ensures that both parties understand their obligations and the permitted scope of use, thereby reducing the risk of misuse and clarifying operational expectations related to the GDS.
