Written Approval Request. Before services are provided for the LAPD, Contractor must first receive written approval to proceed by the Department. The Written Approval must include a detailed SOW defining the scope of services, duration of engagement, and the budget for the project. Contractor must not exceed the approved scope or budget for any project, nor will the City be liable for any work or charges exceeding the approved scope or budget unless prior written approval from the Department is obtained modifying the scope or budget of the project.

In these instances, the Contractor has no right of claim to recover Quote expenses. The County may pursue continuing valid requirements by other means where Contract was not reached with the Contractor.

  • Written Decisions Decisions rendered at Level One which are unsatisfactory to the aggrieved person and all decisions rendered at Levels Two and Three of the grievance procedure shall be in writing setting forth the decision and the reasons therefore, and shall be transmitted promptly to all parties in interest and to the Association.
