The Supervisor listens to the employee’s comments and stresses the importance of the change and the possible consequences should there be no change. The Supervisor then expresses the desire and confidence that the employee will, in fact, improve their performance to the level they are capable of and will adapt themselves to the normal requirements of the operation.
