Written Submission to Immediate Supervisor. Should the grievance remain unresolved under 5.B.2, the employee and/or Union Representative may submit the grievance in writing to the immediate supervisor within the seven (7) working days stated in 5.B.2. The grievance shall state the specific Section of the Memorandum of Understanding and/or Personnel Rules alleged to be violated or disciplinary action taken, together with a brief statement of the facts in the case and the proposed remedy. The employee's immediate supervisor shall respond in writing, within seven (7) working days. The response shall be given to the employee and a copy shall be mailed to the Union Representative.
