Failure by either party to insist upon strict performance of any of the terms and conditions hereof, or delay to exercise any rights or remedies provided herein shall not release the other party from any of the obligations of this Agreement and shall not be deemed a waiver of any rights of such other party to insist upon strict performance thereof.
