Common use of Xxxx anchored Clause in Contracts

Xxxx anchored. hearing aids except when either of the following applies:  You have craniofacial anomalies whose abnormal or absent ear canals prevent the use of a wearable hearing aid.  You have hearing loss of sufficient severity that it would not be remedied enough by a wearable hearing aid. More than one bone anchored hearing aid per Covered Person who meets the above coverage criteria during the entire period of time you are enrolled under the Policy. Repairs and/or replacement for a bone anchored hearing aid when you meet the above coverage criteria, other than for malfunctions.
