Common use of XXXX NEIGHBOR POLICY Clause in Contracts

XXXX NEIGHBOR POLICY. CONTRACTOR shall establish a Good Neighbor Policy, 5 which shall be reviewed and approved by ADMINISTRATOR. The policy shall include, but not be 6 limited to, staff training to deal with neighbor complaints, staff contact information available to 7 neighboring residents and complaint procedures.

XXXX NEIGHBOR POLICY. CONTRACTOR shall establish a Good Neighbor Policy, 5 16 which shall be reviewed and approved by ADMINISTRATOR. The policy shall include, but not be 6 17 limited to, staff training to deal with neighbor complaints, staff contact information available to 7 18 neighboring residents and complaint procedures. CONTRACTOR shall also contact city management in 19 each city where Client services are provided to inform them of the nature of the services provided under this 20 Agreement. CONTRACTOR shall work collaboratively with city management to resolve any concerns 21 regarding community relations.
