XXXX Officer. The Contractor shall appoint, in writing, a representative and a surrogate who shall be available as contact persons for all questions relating to the use of XXXX, who prepare or distribute reports and, within the Contractors organization, ensures that the fulfilment of the obligations arising here from is properly organized and documented. These persons must be authorized to make all of the day-to-day decisions relating to the use of XXXX and XXXX Derivatives and to accept the corresponding declarations from the other party. They must be sufficiently qualified to identify the extent to which XXXX is used and the resulting consequences.

XXXX Officer. Company shall appoint in writing a representative and a surrogate who shall be available to DTNA as contact persons for all questions relating to the use of XXXX, as well as preparing reports and ensuring that the fulfilment of the obligations arising from this Annex is properly documented at Company. These persons must be authorized to make all of the day-to-day decisions relating to the use of XXXX and XXXX Derivatives as set out in this Annex and to accept the corresponding declarations from the other party. They must be sufficiently qualified to identify the extent to which XXXX is used and the resulting consequences.

  • EEO Officer The contractor will designate and make known to the contracting officers an EEO Officer who will have the responsibility for and must be capable of effectively administering and promoting an active EEO program and who must be assigned adequate authority and responsibility to do so.

  • Chief Operating Officer The Chief Operating Officer shall be responsible for managing the day to day operations of the Company and shall see to it that all orders of the Chief Executive Officer are carried into effect.
