Xxxx Payment Scheduling Sample Clauses

Xxxx Payment Scheduling. The earliest possible Scheduled Payment Date for each Xxxxxx (typically four (4) or fewer Business Days from the current date) will be designated within the Service when you are scheduling the Xxxx Payment. Therefore, the Service will not permit you to select a Scheduled Payment Date less than the earliest possible Scheduled Payment Date designated for each Xxxxxx. When scheduling Xxxx Payments you must select a Scheduled Payment Date that is no later than the actual Due Date reflected on your Xxxxxx statement unless the Due Date falls on a non-Business Day. If the actual Due Date falls on a non-Business Day, you must select a Scheduled Payment Date that is at least one (1) Business Day before the actual Due Date. Scheduled Payment Dates must be prior to any late date or grace period.

Xxxx Payment Scheduling. You schedule Xxxx Payments by selecting a Send On Date – the date on which the payment will be processed – and the System will then display an Expected Delivery Date for the payment. You may input Xxxx Payments up until 1:00 p.m. Pacific Time and select the Send On Date that the payment will be processed and your account debited. Before making your final selection of the Send On Date you should be satisfied that the Expected Delivery Date will be prior to the payment’s Due Date (see the following paragraph for time considerations in this regard). Your Account will be debited on the night of the Send On Date. If your Xxxx Payment Account does not have sufficient funds to complete the transaction, the Bank will suspend the payment. You understand and agree that the Xxxx Payment Service and the Bank are not responsible for the timely delivery of mail or the improper transmission or handling of payments by a third party such as the failure of the Payee to properly post a Xxxx Payment to your account of the Payee. Further, you agree and understand that you must select a Send On Date that will allow for sufficient time for the Payee to receive the Xxxx Payment prior to the Due Date, which depends on whether the Payee is set up to accept electronic Xxxx Payments (which generally requires an Expected Delivery Date that is at least three (3) Business Days prior to the Due Date) or is set up for non‐ electronic Xxxx Payments (which generally requires an Expected Delivery Date that is up to five (5) Business Days prior to the Due Date). If you are unsure as to whether a particular Payee on your authorized list of Payees is an electronic Payee, then you should select a Send On Date for which the Expected Delivery Date is at least eight (8) Business Days prior to the Due Date.
