Common use of Xxxxx Abuse Clause in Contracts

Xxxxx Abuse. 1. Notify appropriate officials when cases of imminent danger including, but not limited to harm, abuse and/or neglect toward older adults and dependent adults are observed or reported. 2. Provide follow-up with the proper authorities for Elder Abuse reporting in order to ensure that all required paper work and report details have been documented and submitted in a timely manner.
