Xxxxx control. Protect concentrated flow areas with grassed waterways; repair any gully erosion following NRCS Field Office Technical Guide, Conservation Practice Standards and Construction Specifications.
Xxxxx control. Kroger’s use of the Marks and Design Work is subject to the control and approval of Xxxxx in every respect, and any unauthorized use shall constitute an infringement of Xxxxx’ rights.
Xxxxx control. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement to the contrary, each Party shall comply with, and retain responsibility for its compliance with, all applicable export control laws (e.g., the U.S. Export Administration Regulations) and economic sanctions programs (e.g., economic sanctions maintained by the U.S. Treasury Department against Belarus, Burma (Myanmar), Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Xxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx, Xxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxx, Russia/Ukraine, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Yemen and Zimbabwe, as well as Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons (“SDNs”)) relating to its respective business, facilities, and the provision of services to third parties (collectively, “Trade Control Laws”). It shall be in the sole discretion of the Covance Entity to refrain from being directly or indirectly involved in the provision of goods, software, services and/or technical data that may be prohibited by applicable Trade Control Laws, including sanctions currently in place against Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Central African Republic, Iraq, Venezuela and SDNs.
