Practice Standards means a set of written guidelines that define what staff in a program does, that is, the tasks and skills performed in the course of fulfilling the Contract requirements and meet the needs of the population served. Standards describe what is considered “best practice”.
Practice Standards means the Practice Standards for IRO Approved Lawyers. Legal Services means services generally provided in the capacity of a solicitor (to injured workers).
Practice Standards has the same meaning as in section 4 of the Act and are as documented and published on the Ministry’s website (as amended from time to time).
