CONSTRUCTION SPECIFICATIONS. Parties agree that all construction under the STP for the City will be constructed in accordance with current MoDOT design criteria/specifications for urban construction unless separate standards for the surface transportation system have been established by the City and the Commission subject to the approval of the FHWA.
CONSTRUCTION SPECIFICATIONS. The Unit and the Condominium will be constructed in substantial accordance (in Seller's opinion) with the plans and specifications therefor kept in Seller’s construction office, as such plans and specifications are amended from time to time. Seller may make such changes in the plans and specifications that it deems appropriate at any time, to accommodate its "in the field" construction needs (as more fully discussed in this Section 5) and in response to recommendations or requirements of local, state or federal governmental or quasi-governmental agencies or applicable utility and/or insurance providers, design professionals or contrac- tors, and Buyer agrees that any changes made in accordance with the foregoing shall not be deemed material in a manner which is adverse to the offering of the Unit. Such plans and specifications, as they are so amended, are referred to in this Agreement as “Seller’s Plans and Specifications.” Without limiting Seller's general right to make changes, Buyer specifically agrees that the changes described above and changes in the dimensions of rooms, patios and balconies, in the location of windows, doors, walls, partitions, utility (including, but not limited to, electrical, cable and telephone) lead-ins and outlets, air-conditioning equipment, ducts and components, lighting fixtures and electric panel boxes, and in the general layout of the Unit and Condominium, may be made by Seller in its discretion and that such changes shall not be deemed material or adverse to Buyer. In furtherance of the understanding and agreement stated above, Buyer acknowledges and agrees that it is a widely observed construction industry practice for pre-construction plans and specifications for any unit or building to be changed and adjusted from time to time in order to accommodate on-going, “in the field” construction needs. These changes and adjustments are essential in order to permit all components of the Unit and the Building to be integrated into a well-functioning and aesthetically pleasing product in an expeditious manner. Because of the foregoing, Buyer acknowledges and agrees that it is to Buyer’s benefit to allow Seller the flexibility to make such changes in the Unit and the Condominium. 4.2. The specifications of the construction of the said Apartment including the fixtures and fittings therein and the amenities to be provided by the Promoter are described in the Sixth Schedule hereunder written.
4.3. Subject to the applicable provisions of WBHIRA and /or RERA the Promoter usually shall not make any additions and/or alterations in the Sanctioned Plan, layout plans and specifications and the nature of fixtures, fittings and amenities described therein in respect of the said Apartment which is agreed to be carried out only with the previous consent of the Allottee ; Provided always that the Promoter may make such minor additions or alterations as may be required by the Allottee, or such minor changes or alterations as may be necessary due to architectural and structural reasons duly recommended and verified by an authorized Architector or Engineer after proper declaration and intimation to the Allottee. All steel materials supplied and erection of the steelwork shall comply with the requirements of SANS 2001 – CS1: Latest version. All buildings work shall comply with the requirement of the Model Preamble for Trades (1997) as issued by the Association of South African Quantity Surveyors.

e. Culvert must be a minimum of 16” in diameter;

CONSTRUCTION SPECIFICATIONS. Standard Specifications for Construction of Roads and Bridges on Federal Highway Projects, FP-03 U.S. Customary Units, shall apply to this contract.
CONSTRUCTION SPECIFICATIONS. 7.1. BPHDCL shall construct the said Project in accordance with the sanctioned Building Plan and as per the Specifications mentioned in the ‘Sixth Schedule’ hereunder written.
7.2. The said Specifications of the construction of the Said Apartment including the fixtures and fittings therein and the amenities to be provided by BPHDCL are described in ‘Sixth Schedule’ hereunder written. If any alterations or additions in the specifications, fittings, fixtures, and/ or amenities are required by the Purchaser in the Said Apartment, then the Purchaser shall inform the same in writing to BPHDCL well in advance before the said specifications, fittings, fixtures, and/ or amenities are installed in the Said Apartment. BPHDCL, at its sole discretion, may provide the same, subject to the Purchaser accepting the cost/ price of such alterations or additions and undertaking to pay or deposit the cost/ price of such alterations or additions prior to commencement of such alterations or additions. For any such alterations or additions, the cost/ price determined by BPHDCL shall be final and shall be paid in advance to BPHDCL by the Purchaser.
7.3. If any alterations or additions in the sanctioned Building Plan, specifications, fittings, fixtures, and/ or amenities are required by the statutory authorities or the local bodies or if deemed necessary by BPHDCL, then the Developer may do so and the Purchaser hereby gives his consent for the same.
CONSTRUCTION SPECIFICATIONS. 4.1 Electricity rights (Final Electricity Transmission Concession Contract), the imposition of easements and generally any other similar authorization that according to Applicable Laws require the Concessionaire to comply with its obligations under the Contract, must be requested by the Concessionaire to the Governmental Authority under the corresponding procedure and meeting the requirements set forth by Applicable Laws. The Grantor shall impose easements that are required according to the provisions established by the Applicable Laws, but shall not assume the costs incurred to obtain or retain such easements. Also, if required by the Concessionaire, the Grantor shall make use of its best efforts for the former to access third-party facilities, as well as obtaining permits, licenses, authorizations, concessions, easements, rights of use and the like, in case these were not granted by the competent Governmental Authority in due time, despite having met the requirements and formalities required by Applicable Laws.
4.2 The Concessionaire shall acquire and, if appropriate, shall carry out the corresponding land sanitation for new substations or extensions to existing substations; shall make any compensation for the use of easements, shall purchase and install on lines and substations, equipment and new materials from manufacturers of recognized quality and prestige in the electricity market who must comply with Applicable Laws, pursuant to this Contract.Such manufacturers must have ISO 9001 or equivalent certification. Used equipment or materials may be used only for the operation of the Power Line, provided it is inevitable to do so in order to temporarily address defects or failures while equipment or materials involved are replaced with new ones.
4.3 The Commercial Operation Commissioning of the Power Line and other events listed in Annex 7 shall take place within the period specified therein. Where a breach of these terms is a result of inappropriate actions or omissions by a Governmental Authority or delays in the approval of the pre operation study, such term shall be extended for a period equal to the delay or stoppage. It shall be understood that the inappropriate action or omission by a Governmental Authority causes non-compliance of the respective term when the delay or breakdown affect the critical path of works.
