XXXXX Minimum Guarantee. The Government has committed to $3,000,000 minimum guarantee for each of the prime contractors providing XXXXX Categories A-C aircraft on the IDIQ. This is a single, one-time award for an acceptable program management plan, security plan, threat replication standard, USAF Aircraft Airworthiness Data Package submission and other requirements detailed in the attached Task Order 1 PWS and will occur as the first TO at time of IDIQ award for each awarded prime contractor performing XXXXX, regardless of Category.

  • Minimum Limits The minimum limits to be maintained by the School (inclusive of any amounts provided by an umbrella or excess policy) shall be $1 million per occurrence/$3 million annual aggregate.

  • Money Back Guarantee If we provide a money back guarantee ("MBG") for your Service, it will begin on your Service Ready Date. During this MBG period you may cancel your Service and receive a full refund of all monthly, one-time and equipment charges paid to Verizon (provided you return all Equipment in good working condition). If you fail to return the Equipment, an unreturned Equipment fee will apply. ETFs will not apply to Service terminated within the MBG period. The MBG does not apply to customers who change between or renew bundle, monthly, term or other pricing plans. The MBG is limited to one per Subscriber per Service type per Service address.

  • QUANTITY BASIS OF CONTRACT – NO GUARANTEED QUANTITIES The contract established has no guarantee of any specific quantity and the State is obligated only to buy that quantity which is needed by its agencies.

  • Payment Guarantee 20.1 On Contracts where one hundred (100%) percent performance bonds and payment bonds are executed, this Article 20 does not apply.

  • Minimum Daily Pay (a) The Employer shall pay the employee a minimum of two (2) hours pay at his/her regular rate of pay upon reporting to work for a scheduled shift.

  • Weekly Guarantee Apprentices must be employed a minimum of forty (40) hours per week.
