Common use of Xxxxx Xxx Definition Clause in Contracts

Xxxxx Xxx Definition. A "Xxxxx Xxx" is a continuous twenty-four (24) hour period of time off duty for those employees working the three (3)-platoon system to bring the workweek to an average forty-eight (48) hours during the twenty-one (21) day cycle which has been established by the Division of Fire. The employee's Xxxxx Xxx shall occur on an assigned day within the work cycle and may not be reassigned to a subsequent work cycle.
