Xxxxx Xxxxxx as Chief Executive Officer. So long as Xxxxx Xxxxxx is the Chief Executive Officer of any Ladder Company, then, except as otherwise may be agreed by Xxxxx Xxxxxx, the allocation of bonuses of the type described in Section 2(b) hereof and the grant of Equity Incentives of the type described in Section 2(c) hereof shall be established in accordance with the procedures and guidelines described in Section 3 of Xxxxx Xxxxxx’ Second Amended and Restated Employment Agreement, dated on or about the date hereof, as in effect from time to time (the “Xxxxxx Employment Agreement”).
