Xxxxxx Compensation. 63. Under the direction of Xxx Xxxx, Xxxx Xxxx or Xxxxx, each of LendingArch, 982 Media, 1611385 Alberta Ltd., OmniArch Capital Group, OmniArch Ventures and OmniArch Global received, directly or indirectly funds from the RPLs, and acquiesced in the failure to disclose the RPLs to investors, contrary to section 92(4.1) of the Act. Xxxxxx Compensation. 4.1 During the first year of this Agreement Xxxxx'x BioMarin compensation shall be the sum of $175,000.00 payable in twenty-four equal installments of $7,291.66 each. During the second and third years of this Agreement, Xxxxx'x compensation shall be reviewed by the board of directors and appropriate adjustments based on cost-of-living and performance, but in no case will the salary be less than paid in the first year of this Agreement. During any renewal of this Agreement, Xxxxx'x compensation shall be as set forth in an addendum to this Agreement, signed by or on behalf of BioMarin and Xxxxx.
Xxxxxx Compensation. If Buyer, or any entity owned or controlled by Buyer, closes escrow on a transaction for the purchase, 00.xxxxxxxx, or option of the Property, Xxxxx agrees to compensate Xxxxxx as follows (“Broker Compensation”):
Xxxxxx Compensation. As compensation for the full and faithful performance of the duties and services to be rendered by Xxxxx to NRC hereunder, during the term hereof, NRC shall pay to Xxxxx a monthly salary of USD 10,000.00 payable semi-monthly in equal installments. As well, Xxxxx shall be reimbursed in fall for all reasonable business and travel expenses (including, but not limited to, his accommodation expenses in the Philadelphia area) directly and/or indirectly incurred in the execution of the duties and services contemplated herein. NRC shall reimburse Xxxxx for all such expenses upon the presentation by Xxxxx from time to time, of an itemized account of such expenditures, together with supporting vouchers. NRC and Xxxxx hereby agree that Xxxxx may direct NRC to compensate him through a mutually acceptable United States vehicle owned directly or indirectly by Xxxxx.
Xxxxxx Compensation.
