Xxxxx’x discretion. If this becomes necessary, I understand that I will also be responsible for any additional costs incurred by Xx. Xxxxx in order to collect fees due. I understand that Xx. Xxxxx’x discretion. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Xxxxxx shall determine in its sole discretion the manner and means by which the Professional Services shall be performed. Xxxxxx will consult with the Organization on its methodology, manner and means.
Xxxxx’x discretion. Except as explicitly stated in this Agreement, all development activities and strategies and all aspects of Product design and decisions to market and the like are entirely at the discretion of Geron, and Geron shall rely entirely on its own expertise with respect thereto.
Xxxxx’x discretion. If during the Severance Period Xxxxx is receiving all or any part of the benefits set forth in subparagraph (i) above and he should die, then Salary Continuation remaining during the Severance Period shall be paid fully and completely to his spouse or such individual designated by him or if no such person is designated to his estate.
Xxxxx’x discretion. Xxxxxx shall determine in its sole discretion the manner and means by which the Professional Services and Services shall be performed. While Xxxxxx will consider the Organization’s input regarding staffing and other decisions, as an independent contractor, Xxxxxx will have sole control of its staffing and other key decisions related to its performance hereunder.
