Xxxxxx of Confidentiality. Contractor and the JBE each acknowledge as the receiving party that, due to the unique nature of the disclosing party’s Confidential Information, there can be no adequate remedy at law for any breach of its obligations hereunder, that any such breach will likely result in irreparable harm to the disclosing party, and therefore, that upon any material breach of the confidentiality obligations in this Section 18 (Confidentiality; Non-Disclosure and Data Security), the disclosing party shall be entitled to appropriate equitable relief, without the requirement of posting a bond, in addition to its other remedies at law.
