Xxxxxx Portal. The Xxxxxx Portal is an administrative portal where Xxxxxx staff will have access to reporting, search customers, search invoices, search payments, initiate payments or credits, login as a Payer, modify email templates, etc. x. Xxxxxx can log in as the Payer on either the Xxxxxx or Payer Portal and make a payment on behalf of the Payer. There is an audit trail for who made the payment, and the source of every payment (CSR, Pay by Text, AutoPay, Web, IVR, etc.). x. Xxxxxx will have the capability of blocking future payments by specific Payer and payment method type (i.e. Credit Card or E-Check (ACH).

Xxxxxx will have the ability via the Xxxxxx Portal to view what the Payer views on the Payer Portal. x. Xxxxxx can log in as the Payer on either the Xxxxxx or Payer Portal and make a payment on behalf of the Payer. x. Xxxxxx will designate the authentication method(s) used for the Payer to locate and/or pay an electronic xxxx. f. The Service will allow the Xxxxxx to set a maximum value on the payment amount accepted from all credit cards. x. Xxxxxx will have the capability of blocking future payments by specific Payer and payment method type (i.e. Credit Card or E-Check (ACH). h. The Service provides hosted interfaces that support the following payment processing functions: • authorizations • charges • settlements and credits • refunds and voids • scheduled payments • auto-pay payments • chargebacks • reject notifications
